You know what we mean: always lying, always scheming, always searching for a way to divert attention from his role in the Epstein Affair often by bombing somebody. We don’t like the bombing: not the bombing of Iran, nor Nigeria, nor small boats in the Caribbean Ocean. We don’t like the bombing, and we don’t like the war.
In fact, we don’t like anything he has done, such as:
- hiring incompetent people to run things
- blowing up USAID program
- pretending to be a Christian
- using FBI to prosecute his enemies
- denigrating people of color
- building detention centers
- deleting environmental protections
- desecrating the White House grounds
- begging for the Nobel Prize
- interfering in the World Cup
- supporting Russia instead of Ukraine
- killing Americans with ICE agents
- trading stocks with insider information
- denigrating our NATO partnerships
- demanding control of Greenland
- putting face masks on federal officers
- seizing the President of Venezuela
- seizing the oil of Venezuela
- firing generals and admirals in our military
- blowing up the Department of Education
- pardoning criminals and thieves
- driving up gas prices
- denigrating Americans in public
- exercising power just because he can
Here is something else we do not like: campaigning to have his likeness placed on Mount Rushmore. See the gold-plated image above, which he distributed as part of his egotistical effort to get people to like him and honor him.
You may know Rushmore is a spectacular national memorial in South Dakota featuring the stone-carved likeness of four of our great Presidents: Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Teddy Roosevelt. It is a wonderful place to visit and give thanks for the inspirational leaders we have had. All of us can pick other Presidents, more recent, that could be added: another Roosevelt, or Eisenhower, or Reagan, or Obama. Actually anybody, but Trump. He is the worst. You know it and we know it. The whole world knows it. Even his cabinet officers know it, and most of them are being discredited for future leadership in our country by virtue of their association with Trump.
Bear with us for 30 more months. Things will get better in six months, but it will be 30 before we shove this incompetent bully out the door. And here is the good part of it all: we will survive. The things he is trying to do (make America white again, undermine the rule of law, shovel billions of our dollars to his friends, cut services to Americans, especially poor Americans) will not work. We the people reject them and will eliminate them when he is gone.
The American people are wonderful people, as thousands (perhaps millions) of you have discovered by coming to the States for the World Cup. We welcome you. We serve you. We will show you the best of America: millions of friendly, welcoming people eager to embrace the world and contribute to the flourishing of every country, including yours.
We are sorry for this Trump infection. We are doing all we can at the moment to survive this sickness and keep our country moving forward. Please forgive us for giving him such power. We will endure, and our ability to thrive in spite of Trump will demonstrate to you and also to all of us the true greatness of the United States.
Be kind to us when we visit your country. But you can slap Trump if you want.
